Woodcarving with Peter Berry

introduction
This course is suitable for absolute beginners or carvers who have some experience in the craft.
Students are guided through a project suitable for their level of experience from the creation of plans to cutting out, roughing, detailing finishing and mounting.
There will be the opportunity to experience different methods of carving whilst aiming towards at least one completed project.
A flexible approach means that the course can be adapted to individual requirements on the day!

All materials for set projects are included in the cost, as is tea/coffee and a light lunch on both days. Please check the course calendar for availability.

Skill Centre students under 18 are welcome to attend this course but must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the course and must not be left unattended during class hours.
